Sonic Underworld – Omnisphere Aira for Omnisphere 2

Omnisphere Aira is a collection of 128 signature patches for Spectrasonics’s Omnisphere synth.

It is cinematic by nature but more performance oriented. Lots of modulations and depth in this one! Many hours went into creating this sound set. There are less categories and it’s an overall more focused release. It is equally usable for dark, tense brooding or ambient light tracks.

Omnisphere Aira offers sounds in the following categories: ARP + BPM, Keyboards, Pads & Strings, Percussion Organic, Synth Bass, Synth Mono, Synth Poly and Textures Playable.

These sounds borrow from a variety of influential artists such as Vangelis, Ian Hammer, Ulrich Schnauss, M83 and noted composers such as Tom Raybould, Anthony Gonzales, Joseph Trapanese and Harry Gregson-Williams.

Many patches offer added adaptability programmed into the modwheel, and aftertouch is used for more expression, to make these sounds come alive.
