XPERIMENTA Audio Book Series – Chalumeau v1.1 KONTAKT
We are excited to present our new Book Series product: Chalumeau, with True Legato articulation and a unique warm and folk tone.
“The chalumeau is a single-reed woodwind instrument of the late baroque and early classical eras. The chalumeau is a folk instrument that is the predecessor to the modern-day clarinet.”
The instrument we used was handmade by the great artisan and flute maker Max Brumerg with Cherry Tree Wood. We sampled Vibrato and Non Vibrato Legato, Staccato and more than 50 phrases.
