1. Install Steinberg Library Manager 3.2.20.exe
2. Install Steinberg Activation Manager 1.3.1.exe
3. Run Setup.exe file in Nuendo 12.0.40 folder and install it
4. Run “Activation Manager Unlocker b3.exe” and restart PC after
